General and Specialised Vocabulary

Improve My English Vocabulary uses adaptive learning technology to help students focus on words they don’t know, and tracks their knowledge of meaning, written form and spoken form.

A spaced repetition learning system is used to introduce new vocabulary and provide repeated and varied practice of words in the study cycle ensuring long-term retention. Each course is designed to allow students to learn at their own pace.

Lesson blocks can be started and interrupted at any point, and students can then pick up where they left off.

Improve My English Vocabulary is an ideal supplement to any learning programme and is suitable for private language school, corporate and academic environments. Vocabulary for General English is recommended to all learners who need to boost their overall vocabulary range alongside a general English course of study. Students who require more focused list coverage can choose from up to 21 specialist-subject areas to match their needs in a business context, or to their discipline.
