In purchasing a live or digital English language course with us, you accept the following Terms and Conditions:

An online course is defined as an online product or course that you have purchased via this website or provided link.
When you purchase an online course, you must pay the full price as agreed. This is only refundable if you are dissatisfied with an online course and contact us at improvemyenglish@m2rglobal.com within 7 days of purchase stating you wish to receive a refund and your reason for the refund (critical).
Refunds will be given at the discretion of m2r Education.
If you need to cancel a live lesson for any reason please let us know with at least 24 hours of notice (unless there is an emergency), otherwise you will still be charged at full rate. You can contact us here should you need to cancel a lesson.
No refunds will be given in the event of:
- Having completed 2 or more lessons
- Inability to attend lessons on time
- Inability to access online lessons or download recorded lessons
- Any hardware / software related issues related to your personal devices
It is your responsibility to ensure you are available for the lessons.
m2r Education disclaims all responsibility and liability (including for negligence) in relation to information on or accessible from our site.

All prices quoted are based on a Pound Sterling value. We are not liable for any currency fluctuation against the Pound Sterling value and all USD quoted amounts are accurate as of 1st September 2020.
